While driving on I-64 through Hampton, you pass the coliseum then you get a great view of the Peninsula Town Center! Seemingly overnight, a new massive building popped up right there which became the new Floor and Décor. Fun fact: that building went up so quickly because they used a method called tilt-up where they brought in huge slabs then simply tilted them up to become the walls of the massive building. This new Floor and Decor is in a great location for us here on the peninsula because the two closest other locations are in Virginia Beach and Richmond.

12 rooftop units!
Hotboys worked continuously on this project to get the store up and running in a timely fashion. We worked on all of the heating and cooling aspects of this job. Hotboys put up the ductwork running throughout the ginormous building. We also installed 12 units on the roof! A building of that magnitude has a lot of space to keep the air regulated. We enjoyed this project and love having the new Floor and Décor right in our backyard! Stop by and pay them a visit at 2053 Executive Dr. in Peninsula Town Center.
