Who we are
Who Hotboys, Inc. Is
Hotboys, Inc. is a heating and cooling business in Hampton, VA, and furnace repair is the core of what we do.
That means most of our calls start with a house that has gone cold: a furnace that will not light, one that lights and shuts off, or a blower that runs and pushes cold air. Behind those calls sit the same few parts, the flame sensor, the limit switch, the blower motor and its run capacitor, and the control board, and the job is finding which one failed before anything gets replaced.
The same people who fix the furnace handle the rest of the system, so the cooling side and the heat pump come with the same estimate, the same quote and the same clean-up.
